FROM THE COACH

Bryant Ramirez is a seasoned Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and brings over a decade of consulting and coaching experience to his clients, including spending half a decade at LinkedIn. At LinkedIn, he led initiatives in customer strategy to enhance value delivery to clients, led Strengths@LinkedIn and helped thousands of members maximize their use of LinkedIn's platform and network. An alumnus of UCLA (B.A., Business Economics) and the University of Texas at Austin (MBA), Bryant is also an avid traveler, having visited over 80 countries across six continents. Bryant is currently an Doctoral Student (Ed.D) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in AI-powered talent development models.
